and communication environment where members can be better informed about their local
community.
The founders and employees of e-lisoSAT (Pty) Ltd - creators of comSUITE - complex,
centre, corporate, church , farm - COM take your privacy very seriously. Below is a simple and
short explanation of our policy on privacy. The following four points can summarise
this policy quite well:
- Your privacy remains strictly under your control;
- You can choose what information on your profile you would
like to disclose;
- We will never disclose your personally-identifiable information
to any third party for marketing purposes unless you expressly tell us to;
- complexCOM does NOT spam.

Information Collected by complexCOM
When you and your community administration registers to become members of complexCOM,
you submit information such as your name, surname and cellphone number, unit number
and address. As part of your personal profile, you may choose to submit additional
information such as occupation, marital status , email address ,medical aid number
- the system and access to information is only as good as the information in the
system. We also collect other non-personally identifiable data, which may include
make and registration number of your vehicles, square meterage of your unit, number
of adults and children, domestic and garderner information .
Personal valuables are protected by an additional level of security which enables
you to securely store serial numbers for your valuables, in one secure repository
Use of Information
We will use your cellphone number to contact you from time to time and for security
reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are, also all communication will
be carried our via SMS (Short messaging service) and therefore if no or an incorrect
cellphone number is supplied, this communication will not make its intended path.
We may use the non-personally identifiable information, valuables serial numbers
in the case where SAPS finds stolen goods, in order to identify ownership, car registration
numbers in case of emergencies and. The resulting information will allow us to improve
our service , security and better understand and serve our users.
We may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information and the contents
of your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such
access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process
or to protect the rights and property of complexCOM, its affiliates or the public.
Reviewing and Changing Your Profile
You can review and revise your personal profile, and what information you would
like to disclose, at any time.
Your Details (Name, Surname) Displayed to Other Members
Even though you give us your full address, Name and surname, your cellphone number
is not divulged anywhere on the system except to the site master user. For security
reasons your cellphone number and address will not be displayed anywhere on the
system.
Internet Awareness
Whenever you voluntarily post personal information in public areas, like message
boards, image gallery, you should be aware that this information can be accessed
by the public and can in turn be used by others to send you unsolicited communications.
Please exercise discretion in deciding what information you disclose.
Children
You must be over 16 in order to register on the site. Children can use the site
if their household has been registered by their parents and they have their permission
to use the site.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are a standard Internet technology, and many major web sites use them to
provide useful features for their members. Cookies allow us to store and retrieve
login information on a user's system. They provide us with data that we can use
to improve the quality of our service and make it easier to use. Most browsers are

complexCOM may share details and aggregate usage information in a non-personally
identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties in order to present to
members more targeted advertising, products and services. In such situations we
will never disclose information that will be used to personally identify you. Advertisements
that appear on this web site are delivered to users by our advertising partners.

We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer
of ownership of complexCOM, such as acquisition by or merger with another company.

We have security measures in place to protect our members' details and access is
restricted internally. However, it remains each member's responsibility to
- keep their password secret;
- regularily change your password;
- protect against unauthorised access to the Your Details page;
- ensure no-one else uses the complexCOM website on that Member's machine while it
is "logged on" to the website;
- log off or exit from the complexCOM when not using it.
